1. Rozsah těchto zásad

This Privacy Policy applies to the Borrow Radar website at borrowradar.com, web content presented inside an official BorrowRadar application, Android application packages distributed by Borrow Radar, and the BorrowRadar application for iPhone and iPad. Together, these are called the “Services.” It does not govern a lender, loan-matching service, app store, operating-system provider or another website that you choose to open from the Services.

Standard request and security logs under Borrow Radar’s control are scheduled for deletion or anonymization within 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the Services, comply with law or resolve a documented incident. The final production infrastructure and retention settings must be verified before public release.

The BorrowRadar Android and iOS applications do not include this web tag unless a later release discloses a separate analytics SDK and its data categories, purposes, sharing and choices here before distribution.
