Borrow Radar is not a lender

Borrow Radar does not originate, fund, broker, underwrite, approve, deny, service or collect loans. We do not set a lender’s APR, fees, payment schedule, eligibility requirements or state availability. We do not receive loan applications and cannot access, edit, expedite or cancel an application submitted to another company. A provider, matching service or lender makes its own decisions under its own terms.

No approval or funding guarantee

Inclusion in a comparison does not mean that an offer is available in your state, that you qualify, or that a lender will approve or fund a request. Phrases describing possible speed, amounts or product types summarize a dated source and are not promises by Borrow Radar. Identity checks, lender review, bank processing, weekends, holidays and other conditions can change an outcome or timing.

Rates, fees and availability can change

Financial-product information changes and may vary by lender, borrower, state and final agreement. We aim to distinguish verified facts, provider claims and unknown fields, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, error-free or current at every moment. The written agreement supplied by the actual lender controls your transaction. Read its APR, finance charge, total repayment, due dates, renewal terms and debit authorization before accepting it.

Calculators are estimates

Calculator results use only the values and formulas shown on the relevant page. They are educational estimates, not lender disclosures, quotations, affordability decisions or legal maximums. Actual agreements can use different day counts, compounding methods, minimum charges, origination fees, payment dates or state-specific rules. Recalculate from the final written disclosure and ask the provider to explain any difference.

State and legal information

State guides summarize public sources for research and do not interpret the law for a specific person or transaction. Laws, regulations, licenses and enforcement positions may change. Confirm the current status with the named regulator, the official statute and, when necessary, a qualified attorney. Access to a website or app from a location does not prove that a provider is licensed or permitted to offer a product there.

High-cost credit risks

Payday and other short-term loans can be expensive and may create repeat borrowing, overdraft, collection or credit-reporting risks. A product being lawful or available does not make it affordable or suitable. Compare lower-cost alternatives, essential expenses and the full repayment amount before sharing personal information or signing an agreement.

Service availability

Borrow Radar may correct, update, pause or remove content and application features without guaranteeing continuous availability. Mobile operating systems, app stores and device settings can affect access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Borrow Radar is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general educational content or for acts, omissions or products of independent third parties. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
