Zaimer.kz review: online microcredit in Kazakhstan
Zaimer.kz is the consumer-facing brand of LLP “Microfinance Organisation “Robocash.kz”, a Kazakhstan microfinance organisation rather than a comparison marketplace. The provider presents an online application, identity verification and electronic agreement for applicants who need a consumer microcredit. It also publishes separate business-purpose rules, so a phrase such as “Zaimer loan” can refer to more than one product route. The legal entity named in the final agreement is the party that sets the price, signs the obligation, transfers the money and handles repayment.
The public pages do not show one universal quote. The homepage selector currently shows KZT 10,000–400,000, while a separate product page advertises up to KZT 500,000 and the application guide describes KZT 10,000–300,000 with a term of up to 12 months. A homepage illustration uses KZT 78,500 and shows KZT 79,071.48 to repay, 37.96% annual remuneration and 45.97% GESV, but the static page does not expose the selected term. Treat each figure as route-specific orientation. The amount, term, rate, fees and due date in the written agreement are the only personal offer.
What is Zaimer.kz and who provides the credit?
The provider describes Zaimer.kz as a financial company that issues personal online microcredits to individuals and entrepreneurs. The documents page identifies LLP “Microfinance Organisation “Robocash.kz” as a registered microfinance organisation and publishes licence No. 02.21.0032.M, issued on 16 March 2021. That is materially different from a lead-generation site that forwards a form to unknown lenders: the contract templates name the MFO as the counterparty. Nevertheless, the route and product selected in the application still matter, because the same brand publishes consumer and business-purpose documentation.
A dated Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market notice records a two-month suspension ordered on 29 September 2025 after a written instruction was not completed. The notice prohibited new microcredit contracts during the suspension but required the MFO to honour earlier agreements. The current website and licence copy remain accessible, yet the active regulator-register entry was not independently confirmed on 1 September 2026. This is a status caveat, not a claim that a new application will be accepted or rejected. Save the licence details and check the regulator’s current search service before signing.
Robocash.kz is the named legal provider in the reviewed documents. Scoring, identity, affordability, product limits and the final contract still determine whether an individual application proceeds.
Zaimer.kz amounts, rates and total cost
Zaimer’s amount displays vary by route. The homepage slider starts at KZT 10,000 and currently reaches KZT 400,000. The max-limit page advertises up to KZT 500,000, while the how-to-take page says a consumer request can run from KZT 10,000 to KZT 300,000 and that the maximum approval is calculated for each client from personal data and credit history. These statements can all be true for different campaigns or products; they should not be presented as a single guaranteed ceiling. The signed agreement must state the principal, term, annual remuneration, GESV, total repayment and the exact debit date.
The homepage calculator provides a useful reproducible checkpoint: it shows KZT 78,500 selected, KZT 79,071.48 as the displayed repayment, 37.96% annual remuneration and 45.97% GESV. The page does not expose the selected term in its static content, so the difference of KZT 571.48 is an illustration rather than a general formula for every customer. The max-limit page separately says remuneration is no higher than 38% per year and GESV no higher than 46%, with an example of 37% annual remuneration producing GESV from 43.83% to 46% depending on the term. Do not convert these annual indicators into an official daily rate.
Zaimer.kz publishes route-specific figures, not one universal promise. The homepage shows KZT 10,000–400,000 and a KZT 78,500 example returning KZT 79,071.48 at 37.96% annual remuneration and 45.97% GESV. The max-limit page advertises up to KZT 500,000, remuneration no higher than 38% and GESV capped at 46%, with conflicting term disclosures. The consumer guide shows KZT 10,000–300,000, up to 12 months and individual approval. A dated ARDFM notice records a two-month suspension in September 2025; current register status was not independently confirmed. Request a written offer with principal, rate, GESV, fees, total repayment and due date.
- Record the net KZT amount that will actually reach the named account or card.
- Copy the annual remuneration, GESV, every fee and the total repayment from the offer screen and agreement.
- Check the term and due date against salary, rent, utilities, food and existing debt.
- Ask which route applies when the selector, product page and agreement show different limits.
- Keep the calculator result and signed documents together until the balance is closed.
Zaimer.kz application and eligibility
The how-to-take guide describes a five-step online registration. The form asks for full name, phone number, email, identity-document data, registered and residential address, employment information and the preferred payout method. The consumer FAQ lists Kazakhstan citizenship and ages 18–75, while the eligibility panel highlights a minimum age of 18. Because Zaimer publishes several routes, confirm which age and citizenship rule applies in the live application and agreement; no fixed income threshold is published.
A maximum amount is not an entitlement. The guide expressly says approval is calculated individually using personal information and credit-history data. A creditor can offer less, change the term, request an additional check or decline the request. Before submitting, compare the legal name, BIN, address, licence number and data controller shown on the provider site with the contract. If the proposed creditor or fee changes after verification, treat it as a new offer and recalculate the total repayment instead of relying on the original selector.
Identity, income and credit-history checks
Zaimer’s application flow uses identity confirmation and a biometric-authentication step before the agreement is signed by an SMS code. The provider says specialists may contact an applicant when details need clarification. The form requests work information, but no fixed minimum salary or universal employment certificate is published on the reviewed pages. This means “no extra certificate” should not be read as “no affordability assessment”: the MFO can still evaluate regular income, existing liabilities, account ownership and fraud indicators under its underwriting rules.
The documents section includes a separate consent for sending data to credit bureaus, and the guide links approval limits to credit-history information. The exact bureau, scoring cut-off and effect of a prior late payment are not stated publicly. Read the privacy notice before allowing any bank-data connection, save the consent wording and ask which fields are mandatory. A phone call, SMS or email asking for a one-time banking code is not part of a safe verification process; use the provider’s verified domain and named support channels instead.
Funding, repayment and late-payment consequences
Two different timing statements appear in the official materials. The how-to-take page says a named card can receive money within five minutes, while a bank-account transfer is sent within one working day and commonly arrives in three to five working days depending on the bank. The consumer agreement template allows electronic transfer within five banking days after signature. These are processing windows, not a promise of instant funds: identity review, a final decision, electronic signing, bank cut-offs and payment rails can extend the wait. Do not spend an expected transfer before the account shows the credited amount.
Repayment may be made by Visa or Mastercard in the personal account, by transfer from any bank account, at a branch cash desk, or through Qiwi and Paydala terminals. The payment company or bank can charge its own processing fee. The provider’s FAQ says early repayment is possible and recalculates the charge for the actual days used; a multi-month loan may require a request so the correct settlement figure is produced. The consumer contract template states a 0.5% penalty on the overdue payment for each overdue day, beginning on the first day and running for no more than 90 calendar days. Contact support before the due date if the debit may fail.
Availability, legal information and borrower rights
The provider says it works across Kazakhstan and publishes both online and branch-related instructions. That national statement does not remove product-level limits: residence, identity, age, credit history, income, bank, fraud screening and the selected route can all affect availability. The legal entity, BIN 200940013491 and Almaty address are disclosed on the contacts and documents pages. The licence number is printed on the provider site, but the historical regulator suspension means its current register status deserves a fresh check before a new agreement is accepted.
Keep the application, consent record, agreement and payment receipts. The contract describes notices, collection and court-recovery options. Ask for any arrears arrangement in writing rather than assuming an automatic rollover. For a dispute, use the provider’s support route and current Agency guidance; Borrow Radar cannot decide a complaint or verify a personal quote.
Borrow Radar view: when Zaimer.kz may fit
Zaimer.kz may fit a borrower who understands that Robocash.kz is the named MFO, can repay the complete amount from dependable income, sees the GESV and fees in writing, and can satisfy identity and scoring checks. The online form, card or bank-account payout options and early-repayment wording are practical features, but speed does not reduce the cost or the consequences of a missed date. A route advertised at KZT 400,000 or KZT 500,000 is a ceiling for that route, not a promise that the amount will be approved.
It is a poor fit for a recurring budget gap, guaranteed approval expectations or refinancing dependence. Compare a bank overdraft, employer advance, bill-payment arrangement or free debt advice. If the licence status, creditor identity, GESV, fee or payout destination is unclear, pause and request clarification in writing.
- Separate the Zaimer brand from the LLP named in the agreement.
- Compare the net KZT received with GESV, fees, total repayment and due date.
- Treat 1-minute decisions and 5-minute card transfers as conditional processing claims.
- Check the current licence-register entry because a historical suspension is recorded.
- Contact the MFO early if income or the repayment date changes.
