AvaFin.pl review summary

AvaFin.pl is presented in the current public material as a Polish non-bank loan institution and direct lender operated by AvaFin Poland sp. z o.o. That is different from a lead generator: the current agreement template names AvaFin Poland as the party granting the consumer loan, while the customer still receives a personal credit decision and a contract that controls the final conditions. The brand should therefore be read as a lender route, not as a promise that every applicant receives the headline amount.

The current short-term route advertises up to PLN 5,000 for a first loan with repayment over up to 30 days. The same official product material also describes an instalment route reaching PLN 30,000 over up to 36 months. A representative short example dated 5 March 2026 uses PLN 1,000 for 30 days: PLN 108.20 commission, PLN 11.89 capital interest, PLN 120.09 total credit cost, PLN 1,120.09 total repayment and RRSO 298.92%. Those figures illustrate one route; they are not a universal quotation. Save the personal offer and compare the amount credited with the total amount due before signing.

Who stands behind AvaFin.pl?

Current legal pages and the May 2026 loan agreement identify AvaFin Poland sp. z o.o. as the lender. The company details shown by the provider are KRS 0000453034, NIP 5252548958 and REGON 146563260, with the registered address at Bukowińska 22B, 02-703 Warszawa. The accessibility notice describes the company as a loan institution and says consumer loans are granted fully online. These details give the borrower a concrete legal counterparty for the agreement, complaints and repayment instructions.

There is an important document-history point. An older September 2024 electronic-services regulation described an intermediary route involving KIM Finance and MDP Finance. The reviewed current agreement and May 2026 electronic-services regulations use AvaFin Poland as the provider and lender. That older document should not be used to override the current contract, but it explains why archived pages can contain different wording. Check the date and the legal entity on the document presented during your own application; do not rely on a copied comparison page.

Amounts, cost and total repayment at AvaFin.pl

The short-term product page currently states a first-loan ceiling of PLN 5,000 and a term of up to 30 days. Its representative example uses a variable nominal annual rate of 14.50%, a PLN 108.20 commission and PLN 11.89 capital interest on PLN 1,000. A refundable verification fee of PLN 1.00 is shown in the example, giving PLN 120.09 total cost and PLN 1,120.09 total repayment at RRSO 298.92%. The agreement also permits a PLN 0.01 or PLN 1.00 verification transfer depending on the verification method; it is not an extra loan charge when refundable under the stated terms.

A separate instalment route reaches PLN 30,000 and up to 36 months. The representative instalment example uses PLN 5,000 over 36 months, a variable nominal annual rate of 14.50%, PLN 1,995.50 commission, PLN 1,193.39 capital interest, PLN 3,188.89 total credit cost, PLN 8,188.89 total repayment and RRSO 41.80%. These examples cannot be combined into one tariff. Do not turn RRSO into an official daily or monthly rate by dividing it. Compare the principal, every fee, the number of payments and the total in PLN shown in the individual agreement.

The provider may run a first-loan promotion. The published promotion rules describe a new customer, a minimum age of 19, PESEL, permanent registration and residence in Poland, and punctual repayment; a previous AvaFin loan can exclude the promotion. A reduced commission, preparation fee or capital-interest amount is conditional, not a permanent 0% promise. If a promotional condition is missed, the standard agreement terms apply.

Read AvaFin.pl as a repayment plan, not a headline

Use the personal agreement to confirm the creditor, RRSO, total repayment, commission, verification fee, payment dates and late-payment consequences. The published examples are reproducible illustrations, not an approval or a promise that the same amount will be offered.

Application flow and eligibility for AvaFin.pl

The online journey starts with registration and an application form. The provider describes identity verification through a small transfer, a verified personal bank account and an electronic agreement. The current agreement requires a natural person with full legal capacity, a consumer purpose, PESEL, permanent registration and residence in Poland, valid identification, an ability to repay and no overdue debt to the lender. The promotion rules add age 19 as a condition for the promotional route; the agreement still controls the underlying product eligibility.

A higher requested amount may lead to a request for income evidence. The application can require contact details, identity information, account ownership and consents for creditworthiness checks. A completed form does not mean approval: AvaFin may lower the amount, change the term, request more evidence or decline the application. Before submitting, write down the amount that can be repaid from ordinary income, keep a copy of the pre-contract information and compare the final offer with the amount actually paid into the account.

  1. AvaFin.pl: choose a principal and term that fit a written Polish household budget.
  2. AvaFin.pl: verify the legal entity, privacy notice and current product route before sending data.
  3. AvaFin.pl: complete identity and bank-account verification using the instructions shown in the official flow.
  4. AvaFin.pl: record RRSO, commission, total repayment, payment dates and the named complaints channel.
  5. AvaFin.pl: accept only when the signed agreement matches the personal proposal and the first payment is affordable.

Data sharing and credit checks at AvaFin.pl

The reviewed consent material says AvaFin Poland may check credit and economic-information databases including BIG InfoMonitor, KRD and KBIG, with the exact checks depending on the consent and route. The application can also verify identity, PESEL, bank-account ownership, income and expenses. Ask which checks are necessary, which data are retained and which recipients receive the application. Separate mandatory processing for the credit request from optional marketing consent where the form permits it. Keep a copy of the wording and the final agreement.

Use only the verified avafin.pl journey or the customer profile when entering personal data. Do not give one-time banking codes to an unsolicited caller. The current electronic-services regulations describe the customer profile, loan application, contract access, payment information and contact functions, but they do not replace the loan agreement. If a data request appears unrelated to the selected product, stop and contact the official support channel before continuing.

Funding, repayment and late-payment risk at AvaFin.pl

The current agreement says approved funds are sent by bank transfer to the personal account supplied by the borrower, and no later than four business days from the award notice. That is a contractual outside timing in the reviewed document, not a promise that every applicant receives money immediately. Verification, signing, bank sessions and a changed decision can delay or prevent a transfer. Compare the amount credited with the principal and fees before spending it, and store the payout confirmation with the contract.

Repayment is made by bank transfer to the lender account using the PESEL or contract number in the payment title, unless the customer area gives different instructions. Full or partial early repayment is allowed at any time without an extra commission; the final settlement and any refund of remaining amounts follow the agreement and consumer-credit rules. An extension can be requested, but AvaFin may refuse it after a new assessment, impose conditions or require an annex. It is not an automatic free rollover.

Late payment can trigger interest at twice the statutory late-interest rate, plus collection, court or enforcement costs where applicable. Contact AvaFin before the due date if a payment may fail and request written options. Never cover one overdue balance with another expensive loan without calculating the combined repayment burden.

AvaFin.pl availability, complaints and borrower rights

AvaFin.pl is aimed at consumers in Poland. The reviewed agreement and promotion rules refer to a Polish PESEL, permanent registration and residence, a valid identity document and a personal bank account. They do not publish a universal maximum borrower age, a universal minimum loan amount or a guaranteed approval rate. The lender assesses each application, so a person who meets the headline criteria can still receive a lower offer or a refusal. Record the date of the conditions because product pages and promotional bands can change.

The official accessibility notice identifies AvaFin Poland as a loan institution, while the reviewed pages do not display a separate licence number. The company’s KRS, NIP, REGON, address and complaint contacts are more useful checks than a badge on a comparison page. If the legal entity in the agreement differs from the page, pause and resolve the discrepancy. The current 2026 agreement should be treated as the controlling source for the actual route.

Alternatives and consumer checklist

AvaFin.pl may fit a borrower who lives in Poland, can verify identity and account ownership, understands the difference between the 30-day short route and the 36-month instalment route, and can afford the contractual total from ordinary income. It is a poor fit for someone who needs guaranteed approval, has no reliable repayment date or is choosing solely because a promotional banner looks cheap. The stronger comparison is the smallest sustainable principal, a named legal counterparty and a total cost that leaves room for essential bills.

Before accepting, compare the live AvaFin proposal with a bank overdraft, a fixed-schedule instalment loan or non-credit support. Test an ordinary month and a month in which income arrives late. If the amount, commission, RRSO or payment dates change after verification, restart the comparison. This review is informational: it does not endorse a lender, promise approval or replace legal and financial advice.

  • AvaFin.pl: treat the short and instalment examples as separate routes.
