Ekassa.pl review summary

Ekassa.pl is an online Polish finance platform that presents separate personal and business borrowing routes. The public site is not the same thing as a single loan contract: its intermediary notice identifies Prosta Pożyczka Sp. z o.o. as a credit intermediary, while Szybki Kredyt Sp. z o.o. is named as a cooperating creditor. The intermediary accepts and forwards applications, prepares documents and communicates repayment information; the matched creditor makes the credit decision and the agreement identifies the party that advances the money. A reader should therefore treat Ekassa as a route into a lending process, not as proof that the brand itself approves every application.

The supplier brief describes personal borrowing from PLN 1,000 to PLN 30,000 for six to 36 months and a business route from PLN 1,000 to PLN 30,000 for one to 48 months. The current public Ekassa pages confirm the personal ceiling and maximum 36-month term, but display a higher business ceiling of PLN 100,000 and a 48-month product card; the business FAQ separately says up to 36 months. That is a material public-source discrepancy, so the final business amount and term must be taken from the pre-contract information and individual agreement. No universal RRSO is published: the personal form and agreement supply the applicant-specific cost.

Who stands behind Ekassa.pl?

Ekassa’s legal role is unusually important for comparison. The website’s “credit intermediary information” names Prosta Pożyczka Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 31 lok. 324, 00-511 Warszawa, KRS 0000775398. It says the intermediary is authorised by creditors to receive applications, transmit them, prepare the loan agreement and attachments, deliver those documents to the borrower and communicate repayment information. It also states that the intermediary works with Szybki Kredyt Sp. z o.o., ul. Tytusa Chałubińskiego 8, 00-613 Warszawa, KRS 0000778360, and receives remuneration from the creditor rather than a fee from the borrower.

Those disclosures answer the practical questions that a borrower should ask before sharing data. Prosta Pożyczka is not the party that can promise approval or set the final price. Szybki Kredyt is the creditor named in the public intermediary notice, but the contract for an individual application remains decisive. A pre-filled result, SMS or online decision is not a substitute for the information form. Save the creditor identity, address, RRSO, total repayment, schedule and complaints contact before accepting.

Amounts, terms and product routes

For individuals, Ekassa’s current FAQ states a range from PLN 1,000 to PLN 30,000 and a maximum term of 36 months. The homepage describes personal funding as usable for any personal purpose, with instalment repayment rather than a single payday debit. The supplier information gives a minimum six-month personal term, while the current public pages do not show a universal minimum in the static disclosure. The application calculator can present a narrower range, and an affordability decision can reduce the amount or term. A displayed ceiling is therefore a product limit, not an entitlement.

For entrepreneurs, the supplier brief states PLN 1,000–30,000 and one to 48 months. Current Ekassa materials instead show up to PLN 100,000 on the homepage and FAQ, while the business FAQ says a maximum term of 36 months and the product card shows 48 months. Because the official pages are inconsistent and no public contract for a particular applicant was available, the table marks this variance explicitly. The business route also requires a Polish-registered sole-trader business with active CEIDG status, a Polish or EU connection and an active business bank account. Personal and business figures must not be mixed when comparing offers.

Treat the calculator as an indicative route, not a promise

Ekassa shows a route and a ceiling. The information form and signed agreement determine the approved amount, term, RRSO, fees and payment dates. The public business pages currently conflict, so confirm that route separately before relying on a number.

Rates, RRSO and total repayment

The reviewed public pages do not state a single daily, weekly or monthly base rate for every Ekassa customer. They say that RRSO depends on the amount and term and is displayed before contract in the information form and loan agreement. That is the correct figure to compare. Do not convert an unknown RRSO into a daily rate and do not infer a zero-cost loan from “no hidden fees” marketing. Ask for the cash credited, nominal interest, commission, optional services, total cost, total repayment and every scheduled instalment in PLN.

A reproducible cost check needs a specific offer. Record the requested amount, term, instalment count, each instalment and the total shown in the information form. Subtract any amount withheld at disbursement to identify net cash received, then compare it with total repayment and the household budget. The public borrower-rights PDF confirms that consumers should receive the amount, term, RRSO, interest, schedule, extra charges and draft agreement before signing. If a calculator result changes after verification, the later information form and contract control.

Borrower requirements and documents

The consumer FAQ says an applicant must be at least 18, be a citizen of an EU member state living legally in Poland and have an active bank account. It expressly says Polish citizenship is not required when those EU-citizenship and lawful-residence conditions are met. The supplier brief describes a Polish citizen, mobile phone, email address, bank account and identity document; the official FAQ adds that an EKASSA OSOBISTA application can start with a PESEL number and no additional documents. These statements should be read as an application checklist, not as a guarantee that the creditor will not request more evidence.

The business route has extra conditions. The current business FAQ requires an applicant above 18, EU citizenship and legal stay in Poland, a business registered in Poland with active CEIDG status as a sole trader, and an active bank account. The public checklist refers to PESEL and the company NIP rather than a paper income certificate. Both routes describe account verification by Kontomatik or a verification transfer of PLN 1. The reason is to confirm that funds are sent to the applicant’s account. Creditworthiness, identity, fraud and affordability checks can still influence the decision; the public material does not support a “no checks” claim.

  1. Choose the personal or business route and set an amount and term that fit a written Polish budget.
  2. Read the privacy notice and intermediary information before entering PESEL, contact or account data.
  3. Complete the online form, identity details and the Kontomatik or PLN 1 account-verification step.
  4. Compare the returned offer with the information form: creditor, RRSO, fees, total repayment and dates.
  5. Accept only the agreement that names the actual creditor and leaves the first instalment affordable.

Application, payout and repayment

Ekassa describes a three-step path: complete a short application, pass verification and receive money into the bank account. The “how it works” page says the decision message is sent by SMS after the verification transfer confirms the data. A positive decision is followed by a bank transfer according to the bank’s booking hours. This separates application review from payout: an online form may be completed quickly, but account verification, creditor underwriting and the receiving bank can change the elapsed time. The public page does not establish a universal minutes-to-funds guarantee.

The customer profile contains the application, loan documents, payment schedule, due dates and repayment function. The FAQ says payment can be made to the repayment account shown in the profile and that another person may pay directly to that account. Early full repayment is described as possible without an additional fee or penalty. The consumer has a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a consumer-loan agreement without stating a reason, subject to the legal declaration and repayment of the amount and applicable cost. The signed agreement and current Polish law control the practical procedure.

Late payment, extensions and customer support

No universal extension or rollover price is published in the reviewed Ekassa materials. The FAQ directs a customer experiencing repayment difficulty to support so a solution can be discussed. Contact the creditor or intermediary before the due date, ask for written options and check whether a changed schedule creates a new fee, interest charge or agreement. Do not cover an overdue balance with another expensive loan without calculating the combined cost.

The borrower-rights PDF lists possible consequences of non-payment, including default interest, a negative BIK entry, collection activity and enforcement costs. It is a general educational document, not a substitute for the Ekassa contract, so the exact rate and fee must be read in the agreement and current fee information. Customer support is listed at [email protected]. Keep the agreement, the information form, verification receipt, repayment confirmations and all support correspondence. A complaint should identify the contract, disputed calculation and requested correction rather than relying on a screenshot of a marketing banner.

Borrow Radar assessment: strengths and limits

The useful part of Ekassa is the single online entry point for a personal or business route, an explicit intermediary disclosure, a digital account-verification process and a customer profile that stores documents and schedule information. The public checklist is short, the service is presented as available online around the clock, and the provider says no fee is charged by the intermediary to the borrower. Those are process observations, not a judgement about the price or likelihood of approval.

The limits are equally important. The actual creditor and final price must be checked in the individual agreement. A universal APR, late-payment tariff, maximum borrower age, card requirement and extension fee were not published in the reviewed materials. The business ceiling and term conflict across current official pages, and the provider’s public intermediary notice is not a licence certificate for the creditor. Ekassa may fit a Polish or eligible EU applicant who can document identity, residence, account ownership and affordability; it is not suitable for anyone who needs guaranteed approval or has not calculated the full instalment burden.

  • Separate Ekassa’s platform, Prosta Pożyczka as intermediary and the creditor named in the contract.
  • Compare net cash, RRSO, total repayment, every fee and the complete instalment schedule.
  • Keep the personal and business routes separate; the published business figures currently conflict.
  • Confirm the account-verification method, privacy recipients and credit-assessment disclosures.
  • Contact support early if income or a due date changes, and keep a written record.

Ekassa.pl FAQ

Question 1Is Ekassa.pl the lender?
Answer

No. Ekassa presents the borrowing platform, while its public intermediary notice names Prosta Pożyczka Sp. z o.o. as intermediary and Szybki Kredyt Sp. z o.o. as a cooperating creditor. The individual agreement identifies the creditor for a particular application.

Question 2How much can a personal applicant request?
Answer

The supplier brief and current consumer FAQ state PLN 1,000 to PLN 30,000, with a public maximum term of 36 months. The calculator and creditor may offer less after affordability and identity checks.

Question 3What are the business limits?
Answer

The supplier brief states PLN 1,000–30,000 and one to 48 months. Current Ekassa pages show a PLN 100,000 business ceiling and inconsistent 36- versus 48-month wording. Confirm the amount and term in the current information form and agreement.

Question 4What RRSO will I pay?
Answer

There is no single public RRSO for every applicant. Ekassa says the applicable RRSO depends on amount and term and is shown in the information form and loan agreement before acceptance.

Question 5What does the application require?
Answer

The public checklist includes age 18+, eligible EU citizenship and legal residence in Poland, an active bank account and PESEL. The business route additionally requires a Polish sole-trader business with active CEIDG status and NIP.

Question 6Can I repay early or withdraw?
Answer

The FAQ says early repayment is possible without an additional fee or penalty. Consumer borrowers also have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right; follow the declaration and repayment instructions in the agreement.
