Wandoo.es review: a named Spanish direct lender, not a loan marketplace

Wandoo.es is presented as a direct online consumer-credit route rather than a form that distributes an enquiry to an unnamed lender panel. Its current General Terms name Wandoo Finance, S.L.U., NIF B87821823, as the lender. That distinction matters in practical terms: the named creditor assesses the request, makes any offer, transfers an accepted loan and is the party to which the repayment obligation is owed. A brand name and a fast application screen are not enough on their own; the individual agreement should identify the same company, amount, total cost and due date.

The live Spanish route publishes a first-loan range of €50–€300 and a repeat-loan ceiling of up to €1,800. Its 0% TAE promotion only concerns qualifying €250–€300 first loans repaid on time. Neither a calculator maximum nor a “0%” headline guarantees approval or describes every loan; the individual proposal and pre-contractual information control.

Wandoo amounts, terms and the difference between a first loan and a repeat loan

Wandoo’s current official disclosures separate new and repeat borrowing. A first route is published from €50 to €300 for 7–30 calendar days. A repeat route can be €50–€1,800 for 7–35 calendar days. The distinction should stay visible because it affects both the maximum displayed and the price example. A first-time applicant should not read the €1,800 figure as an available first-loan entitlement, and a returning customer should not assume that past payment creates a right to a higher amount. The loan agreement, not a slider position, fixes the principal, maturity and total payable amount.

The calculator is not a binding quote. Wandoo may evaluate identity, income, expenses and credit history, offer less, request evidence or decline. Before accepting, record the transferred principal, total cost, number of days, due date and payment method. A €300 loan due in 30 days is not interchangeable with one due in 35 days; the SECCI and particular conditions should match the final screen.

0% TAE promotion, published repeat-loan cost and the figures to verify before accepting

The current homepage advertises 0% TAE for a qualifying first Wandoo loan of €250–€300 when it is repaid on time within the selected term, up to 30 days. That is a narrow promotion, not a universal claim that every first request is free. Wandoo’s General Terms say that a first loan below €250 may include interest or fees, and they make the individual offer decisive. The terms also allow a promotion to be structured through a free initial period or another mechanism stated in the particular conditions. Save the final SECCI or offer screen if a promotion is claimed, because that document should show the principal, cost, total and qualifying terms.

For a non-promotional reference, Wandoo’s current FAQ gives a repeat-loan example of €100 for 35 days, with TIN 463.55%, TAE 4,530.48%, €44.45 interest and €144.45 total repayment. Its payments policy also publishes a TAE range of 4,530.48%–8,385.16%, while the 0% first-loan promotion exists elsewhere on the site. These figures are route disclosures, not a personal quotation or an average cost. Wandoo does not publish one universal daily, weekly or monthly normal rate in the current material reviewed. A reader should compare the exact euro cost and deadline in the offer instead of deriving a rate from TAE or applying a repeat-loan example to a promotional first loan.

  1. Confirm whether the screen is a first-loan or repeat-loan route before using its amount or term as a comparison point.
  2. If 0% TAE appears, verify that the final first-loan amount is €250–€300 and that the written offer states the promotion and timely-payment condition.
  3. Keep principal, total interest and fees, total repayment, number of days and due date together; do not calculate a weekly or monthly rate from TAE.
  4. Compare the written SECCI and particular conditions with the calculator before accepting or giving a card-payment instruction.

Eligibility, documents, data checks and why “online” does not mean “without assessment”

The reviewed terms require Spain tax residence, a regulated Spanish current account in the borrower’s own name, valid DNI or equivalent photo identification, a mobile number and verification. Current pages also describe regular, verifiable income and an account-linked card. A guarantor, office visit and physical income certificate are not standard requirements, but Wandoo can request documents. Use only the verified route and read the privacy notice before proceeding.

The age disclosure is not fully consistent. The General Terms set a minimum of 18, while the privacy policy says the user confirms being over 20. This review does not select one statement and hide the other. The live application and the final contract must control the applicable threshold. No maximum age, public fixed minimum income or credit-score threshold was found. Wandoo’s documents describe affordability and credit-history assessment, including consultation of ASNEF/Equifax information. The current site says active ASNEF incidents normally count negatively and may lead to refusal. Meeting an identity or residence condition therefore permits a request; it does not create a right to approval.

Application, transfer timing and the available repayment methods

The published journey is fully remote: select an amount and term, complete the form, complete identity and account checks, receive a decision, review the pre-contractual information and accept only if the offer is suitable. Wandoo markets a rapid review in minutes, but it does not contractually guarantee an approval time. A request can require extra evidence or be refused. After acceptance, the General Terms describe a transfer to the borrower’s named account and allow 24–48 working hours, with arrival depending on bank processing. That legal timing is safer than treating a marketing statement about speed as a promise that money will appear immediately in the account.

The loan is designed as a single repayment on the due date. Wandoo publishes bank transfer, cash or ATM deposit to the lender account and card payment through the customer area, by phone or terminal. A linked card may be used as a payment guarantee. Check the method, account reference, card instruction and date in the individual agreement; a failed payment attempt does not cancel the debt.

Early repayment, withdrawal, extension and the published consequences of late payment

Wandoo’s early-settlement information contains an internal difference that a borrower should resolve before acting. Clause 9.1 of the General Terms says that early repayment has no additional cost. Clause 9.4 and the current FAQ describe compensation of up to 0.50% in the stated circumstances, while the FAQ refers to 0.50% of the requested amount. The most cautious reading is not to promise free early repayment or a universal 0.50% charge. Ask Wandoo for the settlement figure and applicable clause in the SECCI and particular conditions, then retain the confirmation. The terms also describe a 14-calendar-day withdrawal right: principal plus accrued contractual fees must be returned within the stated 30-day period. It is not a free trial or grace period.

An extension is not automatic. Wandoo may accept a request for 7, 14, 21 or 30 days, up to 30 days total, and the extension fee must be shown in the calculator or individual terms. A borrower should not assume availability or a zero fee. The default clauses are more specific: 1.2% daily interest on the unpaid amount, capped at 200% of principal, plus published debt-management charges of €20 on day 2, €15 on day 15, €15 on day 30 and €25 on day 45. The terms also describe collection activity, possible assignment and credit-file consequences as permitted by law. Contacting the lender before default is safer than hoping that a rollover will be offered later.

Assessment: what the published Wandoo material supports and what remains individual

The evidence supports a precise but limited description. Wandoo Finance, S.L.U. is a named Spanish direct lender with an online short-term consumer-credit route, a public first/returning customer distinction, defined bank-account funding and several repayment methods. It publishes a qualifying 0% TAE promotion, a repeat-loan price example, basic residency and identity conditions, creditworthiness checks and a detailed late-payment schedule. It also has genuine material differences across official documents: the age threshold and early-settlement cost are not expressed consistently. Those points belong in the decision, not in a footnote.

Consider a written proposal only after comparing less costly alternatives and checking that the total can be repaid from dependable income on the actual due date. It is not suitable for a recurring budget gap, guaranteed approval or repayment through another expensive credit. Verify the creditor, amount, total, payment instruction, maturity date and early-settlement rule; ask in writing if any point conflicts with the site.

  • Treat Wandoo Finance, S.L.U. as the named creditor and verify its NIF B87821823 in the individual documents.
  • Keep first-loan €50–€300 / 7–30 days separate from repeat-loan €50–€1,800 / 7–35 days.
  • Read 0% TAE as a conditional first-loan promotion, not a price for every Wandoo request.
  • Use the 24–48 working-hour transfer disclosure for planning; approval and bank crediting are separate events.
  • Ask about the age and early-repayment discrepancies before accepting, and use the written individual answer.
