Rocket Money UA review summary
Rocket Money is the consumer-facing brand of Limited Liability Company Financial Company “Ukrainian Payment Center”, EDRPOU 39898755. The company publishes its legal address, licence extract, product calculator and a sample consumer-credit agreement. The agreement names this company as the creditor and treats the rocketmoney.com.ua website as part of its information system. This is a direct-creditor route rather than an anonymous lead form: the named company receives the application, performs automated scoring, makes the decision, signs the electronic agreement and transfers approved funds. The signed offer remains the controlling source for the borrower, price, schedule and consequences of non-payment.
The public material is not perfectly uniform. Current product pages and the calculator show UAH 4,000–8,600, while older supplier material supplied for this review used UAH 3,000–8,000. The core product page describes a 360-day agreement and payments every 15 days; some landing pages mention a shorter selectable period. I record the discrepancy instead of turning it into one false promise. Use the live calculator and the personal offer to confirm the amount, net payout, commission, rate, number of payments and final date before signing.

What role does Rocket Money UA play?
The public legal pages identify TOV Financial Company “Ukrainian Payment Center” as the lender. The company code is EDRPOU 39898755 and the registered address is 04071 Kyiv, Verkhniy Val Street 4-B, entrance 1, floor 2. Rocket Money is the service brand, not a separate mystery creditor. The sample agreement links the creditor to the National Bank of Ukraine financial-institution register and gives a licence extract reference. An affiliate redirect can take a user to the application, but it is not evidence of the legal counterparty. Check the company name and code in the electronic offer.
The application is automated but not guaranteed. A customer selects an amount, enters personal and contact details, verifies identity and card ownership, submits the request and receives a decision in the personal account. The provider describes decisions as automatic and available around the clock, with a usual review time of five to 15 minutes. It may reduce the requested amount, change the term or decline after scoring. A text message, “pre-approved” screen or fast payout headline is not an entitlement and should not be treated as one.
- Direct creditor named in the agreement: LLC Financial Company “Ukrainian Payment Center”.
- The signed offer controls rate, commission, payment dates and total repayment.
- Never send an SMS signing code or full card security details to an unsolicited contact.
Rocket Money UA amount, cost and total repayment
The current Rocket Money calculator shows a principal range of UAH 4,000 to UAH 8,600. The older supplier brief said UAH 3,000–8,000, so the lower and upper limits should be verified at the moment of application. The central product description uses a 360-day agreement with 24 payment periods, each 15 days apart. The debt can be returned earlier, and the published pages say that early repayment is not penalised. A few SEO landing pages describe “from 30 days”; this is not enough to replace the conditions page, so confirm the exact selector value in the personal offer.
The standard interest rate is 0.93% per day. A loyalty programme can set 0.01% per day for the first 15-day period when a new customer pays the first scheduled instalment on time. The one-time provision commission is 25% of principal and is charged on the first day, within the first payment schedule. The official 4,000 UAH examples show the cost clearly: timely first payment produces 6 UAH first-period interest, 12,834 UAH later interest, a 1,000 UAH commission, total credit costs of 13,840 UAH, total repayment of 17,840 UAH and APR of 3,350.79%. Missing that first payment changes the first-period interest to 558 UAH, total costs to 14,392 UAH, total repayment to 18,392 UAH and APR to 5,560.49%.
These examples are illustrations, not a personal quote. Compare the net amount credited with every payment and the final total. Save the calculator screen, then read the consumer-credit passport and agreement. Do not convert the daily rate into a monthly figure by simple multiplication, and do not treat APR as a daily price. Ask whether any payment, transfer cost or extension charge is deducted from principal. Budget all 24 instalment dates against rent, utilities, food and existing debt before accepting.
- Record the UAH amount and net payout shown by the calculator.
- Check the 25% commission and first 15-day payment.
- Read the 0.93% standard rate, promotional condition and APR example together.
- Match the 24 payment dates to reliable income.
- Download the agreement and schedule before signing with the one-time identifier.
Rocket Money UA application and eligibility
Public eligibility pages describe Ukrainian citizens aged 18 to 65, with a Ukrainian passport and tax identification number. The applicant should have a mobile number, an active Visa or Mastercard card and a bank account in their own name. Verification can use BankID or a photo-based process. No pledge or guarantor is requested, and a formal employment certificate is not listed as a prerequisite. That does not mean “no checks”: the application asks for truthful personal and financial information and the scoring system evaluates the ability to repay.
The supplier brief lists common rejection reasons: no Ukrainian citizenship, age below 18, an active overdue debt at another company and other automated risk factors. Official FAQ material adds that a negative credit history is not an automatic rejection, but each application is assessed individually. The creditor may consult credit-bureau information, existing obligations and fraud signals. A new customer can receive a smaller limit than a repeat customer, and the maximum displayed by the calculator is only a product ceiling. The service is presented for Ukraine, with territorial restrictions that should be checked in the live flow.
Rocket Money UA data sharing and credit checks
An online application can contain a passport, tax number, address, telephone, email, card token, account details, income information and electronic-signature records. The agreement describes identification through BankID or an alternative that combines credit-bureau data, a financial phone number, a one-time password and photo capture. Before submitting, read which data are necessary for identification, affordability and servicing, and which permissions are optional marketing. Save the wording and date of the privacy notice because it explains the controller, purpose, retention and recipients.
The creditor says it can process application data and information from other sources to assess creditworthiness and meet anti-money-laundering requirements. It may report qualifying obligations to the NBU Credit Register and can transfer a claim where the contract allows it. Use only the verified rocketmoney.com.ua domain, your own device and your own card. BankID credentials and one-time signing codes belong in the secure flow only. If a person asks for an advance “insurance” fee or the complete card security code, stop and contact the published support number.
Rocket Money UA payout, repayment and late-payment risk
After approval and electronic acceptance, the approved principal is transferred without cash to the borrower’s own Ukrainian card or linked account. The service advertises minutes, but identity checks, bank cut-offs and the issuing bank can change the arrival time. The repayment schedule is shown before signing. Published channels include card payment from the personal account, transfer to company details and self-service terminals such as EasyPay and City24. Keep the payment reference and receipt until the account shows a zero balance. A bank’s own fee or processing delay is separate from the credit price.
Late payment has a concrete price effect. Missing the first scheduled payment can remove the 0.01% loyalty rate and replace it with 0.93% for that period. The detailed conditions page also warns that a penalty of 40% of the overdue obligation per day can apply where the total credit does not exceed one minimum wage, subject to the legal exceptions stated on the page. It mentions collection contact and credit-register consequences. The exact default calculation and applicable statutory cap must be read in the signed agreement. Contact support before the due date if income is uncertain; do not refinance one expensive balance with another.
Rocket Money UA availability and borrower rights
The provider presents Rocket Money as a licensed Ukrainian financial service. The company-information page lists LLC Financial Company “Ukrainian Payment Center”, EDRPOU 39898755, at 04071 Kyiv, Verkhniy Val Street 4-B, entrance 1, floor 2. It publishes an extract from the state register of financial institutions dated 15 September 2025, reference 27-0026/70711. The sample agreement, approved in August 2025, cites an earlier extract dated 17 September 2024, reference 27-0026/70794. These are document-version differences, not proof of two lenders. Check the live NBU register and the creditor printed in your personal agreement before signing.
The financial-information page lists contact-centre number 0 800 205 020, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00, while financial services operate remotely around the clock. The site provides a written disclosure and links to consumer documents, so save the agreement, calculator, consent screens, correspondence and payment receipts. For a complaint, contact the company in writing and retain evidence of delivery. If the answer is inadequate, the National Bank of Ukraine consumer-protection route is the next escalation. A complaint does not suspend a contractual due date, so communicate early.
Alternatives and consumer checklist
Rocket Money may fit a Ukrainian adult who needs a defined online route, can use an own bank card and has reliable income for a long instalment schedule. It is not a cheap “one-month” loan by default: the agreement lasts up to 360 days, a 25% commission is charged at origination and the standard daily rate is high. The 0.01% first-period promotion is valuable only when its payment condition is met. The examples show how a single missed first payment changes both the first charge and the APR. Compare the net amount received, the full 24-period schedule and the consequences of delay rather than the banner rate.
Before applying, compare a bank overdraft, an employer advance, a bill-payment arrangement, an instalment purchase or independent debt advice. Keep essential living costs and existing payments outside the credit budget. If scoring changes the requested amount, rate or term, treat the new display as a new proposal and recalculate. Borrow Radar does not approve applications, guarantee acceptance or provide legal advice. It makes the creditor, licence reference, price assumptions, identification path, payout method and arrears warnings easier to inspect before a user commits.
- Confirm the legal creditor and EDRPOU 39898755 in the electronic agreement.
- Resolve the current 4,000–8,600 UAH range against any older advertisement.
- Compare the 25% commission, 0.93% daily rate, APR and total repayment.
- Save the calculator, consumer-credit passport and receipts.
- Contact support before a scheduled payment is missed.
