ItsFunded review summary
ItsFunded is a paid lead-generation marketplace rather than a bank, direct lender or loan servicer. A visitor provides one inquiry, the site searches a network, and a responding lender or financial-service provider makes every approval and pricing decision. ItsFunded does not fund the account, set an APR, collect payments or control the final agreement.
The provider brief for this review sets the advertised request range at $500 to $5,000. That is a network guideline rather than a promise: the matched creditor decides the amount, term and affordability outcome. ItsFunded does not publish a representative APR, and the partner rules prohibit presenting a loan below 36% annual APR as a marketing promise.
A prior check recorded a Let’s Encrypt certificate that expired August 4, 2026, and ordinary HTTPS validation failed on August 26. The homepage returned content rather than 404, so Borrow Radar keeps the official application destination active and records that dated technical result without restricting the CTA. Re-check the live certificate before submitting sensitive information.
Marketplace role, compensation and ping-tree routing
The footer calls the service administrative lead generation and says the consumer pays no charge for the connection attempt. Lenders and other financial-service providers compensate the site for introductions. ItsFunded compares the routing arrangement with an advertising auction in which the highest available bidder may receive the inquiry through a ping tree.
A winning bid is not evidence that the recipient offers the lowest finance charge, strongest licensing record or best repayment fit. It explains which network participant was willing to pay for access to the lead.
Submitting the form is not approval and does not create a loan with ItsFunded. The Terms say the marketplace can search for a different type of product when the originally requested loan cannot be matched. The FAQ specifically describes a possible short-term consumer-loan search after an unsuccessful personal-loan attempt, so the final product may differ materially from the initial selection.
Loan amounts, APR and timing claims
The supplied partner information describes requests from $500 to $5,000 for purposes such as debt consolidation, home improvement, appliances, major purchases, business needs, vehicle financing, medical expenses and other household costs. These are use cases and routing limits, not a guaranteed offer. The final creditor may quote a different amount after reviewing income, residence and credit information.
The Rates & Fees page supplies no APR floor, ceiling or representative example. It says the lender determines interest, fees, late-payment charges, nonpayment consequences and any permitted renewal terms. The consumer receives those figures only after a provider responds. Borrow Radar therefore leaves APR unknown rather than presenting a national estimate as an ItsFunded price.
The partner brief allows a best-case connection and funding path as fast as 24 hours. That is not an hourly promise: verification, creditor acceptance, contract signing, bank cutoffs, weekends and holidays can delay the transfer. Never describe an ItsFunded request as guaranteed same-hour funding.
The $20,000+ headline, above-$5,000 form choice, $100–$5,000 network description and one-hour claim answer different marketing questions. Only a named creditor’s written disclosure establishes amount, APR, payment dates and total repayment.
Typical requirements and request process
The supplied eligibility brief lists age 18 or older, U.S. citizenship or permanent residence, at least 90 days in the current job, about $1,000 in monthly income after tax, a checking account in the applicant’s name, a working telephone number and a valid email address. These are typical network filters, not universal approval rules; the creditor may request another predictable income source or additional verification.
The consumer first chooses an amount band and enters identity, residence, employment, income and financial details. ItsFunded then searches available participants. A responding provider may request pay stubs, bank statements, online access to verification records or other documents before making a decision. Approval remains entirely with that provider.
- Confirm the official domain and read the current form consent before entering information.
- Read the live Terms, Privacy Policy, marketing consent and electronic-record language beside the form.
- Record the selected amount and save the consent wording before submitting the marketplace inquiry.
- Identify the responding creditor by legal name and verify its authority for the borrower’s state.
- Compare APR, net proceeds, payment schedule, total repayment, debit authority and dispute terms.
- Decline the proposal if the cost, data use, provider identity or governing law is unacceptable.
Credit checks and sensitive information
Submission authorizes participating providers to verify Social Security, driver’s-license or other identification data and review creditworthiness. Official text names Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, plus alternative databases such as Clarity and DataX. No reviewed page promises a soft inquiry, so a consumer should ask the responding company what report it will obtain and whether the inquiry may affect a credit file.
The form is designed to assemble a valuable financial lead. Identity, employment, income and bank information can move from ItsFunded to network participants and service providers before a creditor is selected. The homepage also loads form technology from a separate form-request domain and discloses site-visit recordation, including Jornaya LeadiD, to memorialize the interaction and consent event.
Privacy policy, sale of information and marketing
The privacy notice lists name, address, email, IP address, Social Security and driver’s-license numbers, employment, bank-account and other financial data, age and approximate location. It says identifiers, financial information and age can be disclosed or sold to lenders, lender networks and other marketing partners. An email address may also be shared with preferred mailing partners and other brands for promotional messages.
That scope is broader than delivering an application to one named bank. A person who wants to control the first recipient should avoid a multi-buyer marketplace and approach a verified lender directly. Before using any lead form, decide whether lender-network distribution, marketing email, informational or promotional texts and searches for alternative products are acceptable.
The notice, dated July 1, 2020, describes California rights to know, delete, opt out and avoid discrimination. Some access or deletion requests may require another package containing date of birth, license or state-ID number, Social Security number and a signed declaration. The current provider instructions control how such a request is submitted.
Funding, ACH repayment and missed-payment risk
If a provider approves the request and the consumer signs its agreement, that provider—not ItsFunded—arranges the deposit. The FAQ says direct deposit is usually used. Save the creditor’s contact details and complete contract before leaving the acceptance page because ItsFunded says it cannot answer questions about approval, funding, servicing or payments.
The site discusses automatic ACH withdrawal when authorized. The actual debit clause should identify amount, date, recurrence and any retry permission. Late policies differ by provider; a missed payment can bring fees where permitted, accelerate the balance or harm credit reporting. Contact the creditor before the due date and obtain any revised arrangement in writing.
Renewals and extensions depend on state law and lender policy. ItsFunded warns that interest and late fees can materially raise total cost where rollovers are permitted. A new inquiry while another advance is outstanding may also be limited by state rules. A marketplace’s willingness to accept the form does not prove that another loan is lawful or affordable.
Electronic consent, email and SMS permissions
Clicking the submission control acts as an electronic signature under the Terms. ItsFunded and a matched provider may deliver notices and required disclosures electronically, including possible adverse-action notices. The separate E-Consent says the marketplace’s one-time electronic-consent event cannot be withdrawn, although a consumer can later contact a connected provider to withdraw that provider-level consent at no charge.
The Terms also connect submission with transactional and promotional email and with informational, promotional or marketing text messages from ItsFunded and marketing partners. Text cancellation is described through STOP. These communication permissions are separate from whether a loan is useful, and the exact language beside the final button should be saved before any click.
State availability and possible tribal lenders
The partner brief identifies New York as unavailable for online-loan services. It also identifies strong demand or conversion markets in TX, CA, FL, OH, MO, TN, MI, AZ, WI and IL. Those marketing priorities do not prove that every creditor serves every listed state; amount limits, duration, repeat borrowing, extensions and licensing still depend on the named provider and the borrower’s residence.
The footer says a consumer may be connected with a tribal lending enterprise. It warns that such a business may assert immunity from state usury restrictions, charge more than a state-licensed lender and require dispute resolution in a tribal forum. Determine the lender’s legal status, governing law and forum before accepting; generic marketplace copy does not resolve those contract-specific consequences.
Check state research and regulators →Operator identity and dispute terms
The Terms identify Customer Acquisition LLC, described as a Saint Kitts and Nevis limited liability company, with an address in Charlestown. They choose Saint Kitts and Nevis law and jurisdiction, then state that binding arbitration proceeds under applicable rules in Clark County, Nevada. They also contain an individual-proceeding requirement and class-action waiver, subject to applicable-law limits.
A lender reached through the network can present a different arbitration clause, governing law and complaint process. Consumers should retain both the marketplace Terms and the creditor agreement. ItsFunded’s legal pages show July 1, 2020 update dates even though the homepage was served with newer file metadata, so form-level wording deserves a fresh read on every visit.
Certificate status recorded during research
A prior check recorded a Let’s Encrypt certificate for itsfunded.com that expired August 4, 2026; Windows validation failed on August 26. The page returned content, so Borrow Radar records the result and keeps the official destination available. Re-check the certificate before entering sensitive information.
Borrow Radar verdict and alternatives
ItsFunded explains paid routing, possible credit checks, data sharing and short-term fallback risk. Unknown APR and provider-specific eligibility remain comparison issues, while the lender’s written offer—not the marketplace headline—controls the decision.
Compare any response away from the redirect countdown. Ask utilities and medical providers about hardship plans, investigate a credit-union small-dollar loan, check employer or community assistance and use 211 for local resources. When borrowing remains necessary, price the named creditor’s offer against another independently located option before signing.
- Compare the recorded certificate result with the current provider page.
- Treat $100–$5,000 as a network description, not a promise that resolves the $20,000+ headline.
- Require the lender’s written APR, finance charge, payment calendar and total repayment.
- Verify the creditor’s state authority and determine whether it claims tribal status.
- Save privacy, marketing, bureau, ACH and electronic-record consent language.
ItsFunded FAQ
- Question 1Is ItsFunded a direct lender?
- Answer
No. ItsFunded describes itself as a free lead-generation marketplace. A participating lender or financial-service provider decides whether to make an offer, supplies the funds and controls the contract.
- Question 2How much can someone request through ItsFunded?
- Answer
The FAQ and How It Works say many network lenders offer $100–$5,000, while the header advertises $20,000+ and the form has an above-$5,000 choice. No amount is guaranteed.
- Question 3What APR does ItsFunded offer?
- Answer
ItsFunded does not publish a representative APR and does not set the lender’s price. The responding creditor must disclose its interest, fees, payment schedule and total before acceptance.
- Question 4Can ItsFunded or a network provider check credit?
- Answer
Yes. Submission authorizes identity and creditworthiness checks that can involve national and alternative consumer-reporting databases. The reviewed pages do not promise a soft inquiry.
- Question 5What certificate status did Borrow Radar record?
- Answer
The domain’s TLS certificate expired on August 4, 2026 and failed normal validation on August 26. The official destination remains linked because the homepage returned content rather than 404.
- Question 6Is ItsFunded available in every state?
- Answer
No. The site says service is unavailable in some states but does not provide a complete exclusion list. The actual lender and product may have narrower limits.
